This is where everything starts. We begin with a deep assessment of your full picture, build your foundational strategy, review relevant testing, and adjust based on how you respond.

Continuing Membership
Your assessment and onboarding are complete, so this keeps your monthly sessions and support going at a lower rate while we keep refining your strategy over time.

Labs are separate
Interpreting your labs is included, but the tests themselves are not. If testing may be useful, we’ll discuss options together, and you pay only for tests you choose to complete.
3 months, then your choice
The membership begins with a 3-month commitment at $297/month. After that, you can continue month-to-month at $197/month.
Wellness education
This service provides wellness education, personalized lifestyle guidance, and support. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease and does not replace care from a licensed medical professional.
