I grew up knowing what real health felt like

I was born and raised in Grenada — a small island in the Caribbean where wellness wasn’t a trend, it was simply the way of life. We went to the beach regularly, drank fresh coconut water, ate ground food and breadfruit straight from the earth. We walked barefoot on the grass — what we now call earthing — without ever knowing there was a name for it.

No chemicals on the lawn. No pesticides in the garden. Everything cooked from scratch, often outdoors. A close-knit community that looked out for one another. My parents — both in their 70s today, on no medications and in excellent health — modeled this way of living from the very beginning. Faith has always been at the center of our family, and I believe God laid the foundation for how I understand health and healing.

I didn’t learn about longevity in a textbook first. I learned it by watching my parents live it — and by growing up on an island that practiced cellular health long before anyone called it that.

When I left the island — everything changed

When I moved to New York for college, my health began to unravel within a year. The culture shock was real — but I didn’t fully recognize it at the time. I had gone from fresh air, community, barefoot living, and food grown from the ground — to processed food, stress, isolation, and an environment that was nothing like what my body had been built on.

What followed was years of symptoms that conventional medicine had no answers for. Fatigue. Weakness. Depression. Insomnia. Histamine reactions. Mold exposure. Thyroid dysregulation. Vitamin D deficiency. Poor digestion. Candida. It was everything under the sun — a body completely out of balance — and doctor after doctor told me my results were normal and that I was fine.

I truly felt like trash. Doctors told me I was fine. That disconnect is what changed the course of my life.

It was my husband Jeremy who finally suggested I see a functional medicine doctor after we moved to Georgia. That decision changed everything. For the first time, a practitioner looked at the full picture — and my body began to respond. Once I started feeling better, I never looked back. I became committed to learning everything I could about how to care for the body holistically — and I haven’t stopped since.

Healing myself — then finding my calling

I healed myself completely. I put my body back into balance — while simultaneously raising and homeschooling our sons, navigating their own mold illness, and building a practice from the ground up. My sons are now 16 and 8, thriving.

As I healed, I kept seeing the same pattern in the people around me — struggling with the same dismissals, the same confusion, the same pile of symptoms and no real answers. In that moment, I knew I had found my life’s mission.

Naturally Reset exists for anyone who has been told they’re fine but knows something is wrong. For anyone ready to stop managing symptoms and start addressing what’s actually driving them. For men, women, and children who want to heal — and join the longevity train.

With prayer, the best medicine, and a root-cause approach built on cellular health — getting the body back into balance, naturally, is not just possible. It is the mission.

A whole-body, interconnected approach

My training spans natural medicine, functional medicine, nutritional medicine, and integrative health — allowing me to look at the body as a complete, interconnected system rather than a collection of isolated symptoms.

Instead of focusing on quick fixes, I assess the deeper imbalances — minerals, gut health, detox pathways, nervous system regulation, mitochondrial function, and genetics. This level of training allows me to create targeted, personalized protocols that support the body in a structured and sustainable way.

It’s not about doing more. It’s about doing what actually works for your body — precisely, and in the right order.

Still living the same principles

Life in Georgia with Jeremy and our boys looks a lot like what I grew up with in Grenada — just with a few more road trips. We hike, bike, paddleboard, picnic, and swim. We cook from scratch. We prioritize sunshine, fresh air, and deep sleep. We’ve RV’d to the Grand Canyon, Yellowstone, and the Florida coast. Church anchors our week. The outdoors anchors our health.

We live what we teach — and our boys are growing up the same way I did: grounded, active, nourished, and connected to something bigger than themselves.

The body was designed to heal itself

Symptoms are not the problem — they are signals that something deeper needs support. Whether that’s mineral depletion, poor gut function, detox congestion, nervous system dysregulation, or mitochondrial stress — when we stop suppressing symptoms and start supporting the body at the root, healing becomes more predictable and sustainable.

  • Every protocol is built around your specific cellular picture — not a one-size-fits-all template.
  • Functional medicine labs are used strategically when they help clarify what’s driving your symptoms.
  • Healing is sequenced — the right support, in the right order, at the right time.
  • Faith, nature, nourishment, and community are not separate from health. They are foundational to it.
  • You don’t need more information. You need the right support — and a clear path forward.
